How to prepare
One bowl takes about a minute. Three steps, no ritual required.
1. Sift
Sift 2 g of matcha into a dry bowl. A fine sieve breaks up clumps before they reach your whisk.
2. Add water
Pour about 70 ml of water at 70 to 80 °C. Cooler water keeps the taste smooth, not bitter.
3. Whisk
Whisk in fast W strokes for about 20 seconds until a fine foam forms. Drink straight or top with milk.
Refills
Tin once, refill forever
Your tin keeps matcha airtight and away from light. Refill pouches reuse it and bring the price per bowl down to 1.30 to 1.78 €.
